What does VIP include?
Every series, no coin counting. It is weekly or yearly and renews automatically until you cancel. The coins you already have stay yours.
How do I cancel VIP?
My stuff → Subscription: we take you to Apple or Google settings, where you cancel. VIP stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Payments go through Apple or Google and they decide on refunds: on iPhone at reportaproblem.apple.com, on Android from Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history. If a store refunds a purchase, we remove the matching coins from your balance. To withdraw from the subscription there is a button in My stuff → Subscription.

How many notifications do you send?
At most one a day, never at night, only for series you watch. Change or turn them off in My stuff → Notifications.
